Tenants renting a property for 12 months
All of our guarantees are for a 12-month contract; however, we will consider shorter contracts on an individual basis.
STUDENTS OR YOUNG PERSON
You may need a guarantor if you are a student or young person renting for the first time, or you can't prove that you can pay the rent. This is a person who agrees to pay the rent for you if you do not. Your guarantor would usually need to be a UK resident and own a property, and you will need their permission to use them as a guarantor.
TENANTS ON ANY TYPES OF BENEFITS
Applicants who receive benefits of any kind or Universal Credit must present proof of their eligibility. Each application will be evaluated separately.
ANYONE THAT HAS AN OCCUPATION
Once an applicant's take-home wage is at least 1.5 times the monthly rent, we will consider them for both full and part-time employment.
