We employ a dedicated line of Site Managers and Clerks Of Work available at request for Construction Design and Management notifiable and non-notifiable project. Our in house dedicated Health and Safety managers offer a full range of Risk Management solutions with the production and on-going evaluation of Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Health and Safety plans.

Procurement

Castle Homes Estates and Property Services offer a competitive procurement process ensuring value for money, value engineering if required in order to assist in securing the construction project, goods and services to be delivered on time and within budget. We also offer an alternative design and build procurement route, closely working with our clients, construction managers, suppliers and contractors to see a project through from inception to completion.

Contract Management

We have a dedicated legal team, built up of conveyancing, contract law, construction law and procurement professionals, ensuring the legalities of all the projects we undertake are correctly managed to with the requirements of our client.
