What happens once I've viewed a home and wish to express interest?

How can I pay my rent?
Rents are payable depending on the type of contract you have with Castle Homes Estates, weekly, monthly or term in line with student loans. You will be provided bank account details prior to moving in.
Are utility bills including in my rent?
The all-inclusive package, which is one of two options available, will include all utilities, including gas, electric, water, internet, and in some cases a TV licence. The other option is when the property is given when you will have to pay the utilities bills as you go on in-between the terms of your contract and you are in charge of the property's energy usage.
Am I allowed to smoke and bring pets into the property?
We have very strict policy when it comes to pets in student accommodation and its not allowed and smoking throughout the whole property.
Are Castle Homes Properties Safe?
All of our properties are subject to a detailed check list, which includes an annual gas safety check, smoke and fire alarm inspection, valid electrical safety certificate, and ensuring that all furniture complies with current legislation.
Specify a guarantor?
In the event that the student is unable to pay the rent, the Guarantor is obligated by law to do so. The Guarantor must be a UK resident, over the age of 18, and employed full-time.
How can I go about reporting a repair?
When moving into the property you would allocate a contact sheet to report a repair, once given the information we will send out our specialist to carry out the repair. If in need or urgent, emergency repairs please contact us immediately.
